Having a beer with some of my investor friends and they were commenting that the Bf Gf Blog is very “entertaining”. Not wise or introspective or deep. Not analytical , informative, or enlightening. No, no, no.
This blog is … ENTERTAINING.
One of my friends suddenly decided to talk about Jim Cramer, the sleazy crazy guy from the series Mad Money. It is a completely wacko financial show where Mr Cramer would shout and yell and press buttons that make all sorts of carnival noises while giving you stock picks or recommendations with reasons so unclear mainly because he is shouting like a psycho with his rolled-up sleeves right in your face. He will then bring out weird gizmos and tell jokes so bad that you start trying to retrace how you ended up watching his videos in the first place. My friend then proceeded to say that Jim Cramer, for all his douchebagery, actually brings some value to society – he makes investing so brainlessly entertaining that the average joe out there will get interested in investing as well.
After presenting his philosophical thoughts of Jim Cramer, I could only stare at him and ask: “So… you are trying to say that I am like Jim Cramer la?”
So in Jim Cramer fashion, let’s start today’s blog post!!!!
